Principal Product Design Manager

As the Product Design Manager, my role was to define UX roadmap and strategy, lead team of cross disciplinary designers, and partner with GPM and GEM peers to deliver success for customer needs.

Business Challenge

Transform the product from legacy Dynamics web app to a modern, high quality product that customers love. Rebuilding the product from the ground up, I needed to build out and lead a design team that would dive deep into customer’s scenarios, use full design thinking to envision north star direction, and partner with our Program Manager and Engineering Manager counterparts to map the phases into the future roadmap.
